The hotel provided well-maintained and comfortable rooms with quick and efficient service from the staff. The food in the restaurant was tasty, and the hotel's location was convenient, making it easily accessible from the city's major attractions. We especially enjoyed the spaciousness of the rooms, which made our stay comfortable.
One of the downsides of the hotel was that hot water wasn't available all day, with fixed timings provided for guests. Another downside was the hotel's cost-saving measures, which could be seen in the use of low-quality linen and mattresses.

The location of this hotel is a major advantage as it is away from the noise of the main streets, yet still close to the shopping area MG Road. the rooms are spacious and offer comfortable accommodation. the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay for the guests. the hotel is situated near the famous shopping area M, allowing easy access to various shops and markets.
Some guests have mentioned issues with the breakfast buffet, stating that the food is not served hot and lacks taste.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to both the market and the shopping area on MG Road. It was nice to be away from the noise of the main streets, but still be within walking distance of the market. The hotel itself was very luxurious and provided enhanced comfort. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar. Plus, we felt safe with the in-room safe provided.
We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Home away from home. Helpful staff. Personal touch of manager. Nice and newly built property. Away from hustle bustle. Walking distance to town center. Spacious rooms. Good facilities.
Nothing at all. Excellent.

Spent xmas in this hotel. Loved the spacious rooms and free wifi. the hotel is located near key attractions and transport is easily accessible. the staff is friendly and offered good customer service.
Xmas dinner was a disaster. the restaurant was overcrowded and we had to stand in line for more than half an hour to be seated.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The spacious rooms were clean and provided a comfortable atmosphere. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The manager, Mr. Bhutia, was always available to assist me, adding a personal touch that was heartwarming for tourists. The location of the hotel was perfect, away from the noise of the main streets, yet still within walking distance to the main market. I enjoyed the peacefulness of the area while having convenient access to shopping and dining options.
Couldn't fault anything at all.
